As a leading, full-service real estate firm, we specialize in the Real Estate Tax Assessment appeal process, and have acquired reductions and refunds for hundreds of clients. Many investors do not realize that if a tax appeal is filed incorrectly, it may result in an INCREASE in your real estate tax assessment. By properly analyzing your property’s position in the market place, we determine if our services may benefit your investment. Most importantly, if we are unsuccessful in reducing your assessment, or getting a refund, we receive no fee. 

The majority of our cases are settled with the State Department of Assessments at the 1st and 2nd levels of appeal.  We are also regularly asked to testify as expert witnesses in front of the Maryland Tax Court, the 3rd level of appeal. 

Our fee is a percentage of the actual tax dollars saved by a reduction in your assessment, money refunded, or a combination of both. The client is only responsible for extraordinary expenses or legal services required at the Tax Court level.  References available upon request.
